Our Company
Cyber Boomerang is a user experience firm based in Lisle, Illinois. The name ‘Cyber Boomerang’ signifies the collecting of digital feedback from the user. Our strategies identify valuable data about our clients’ users. We then leverage this data to optimize the user experience on our clients’ websites.
We specialize in helping make websites for mid-sized organizations more profitable. Our cost-effective approach makes websites more user-friendly and valuable. It is not uncommon for user experience services like ours to generate 10 times of a return on investment for clients.
In fact, businesses like IBM have a rule of thumb that states: “Every dollar invested in ease of use returns $10 to $100.” This applies to about 12% of projects. However, for the remaining projects studies have found that the average conversion improvement after a ux redesign is 83% when such businesses spend 10% of their development budget on usability.
