User Researcher

User Testing
As a User Researcher, you must thoroughly understand and have experience structuring, running, and analyzing the results of user testing sessions. You will need to have experience conducting and observing user research and translating user research into design decisions. You will work with stakeholders to conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) that strategically make our clients’ websites more profitable through an optimized design.

User-Centered Design
Based on your User Research, you must understand how to produce persuasive user interface designs. You will need to be able to prototype process maps, wireframes, and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience. You may prototype using your favorite software tools such as Axure, OmniGraffle, Visio, Adobe Illustrator or Fireworks. You will not be expected to have visual design skills, although that would be a plus.

Expected Work Ethic: You will need to complete deliverables in a timely manner. However, this will be discussed and the expected turn-around time may increase and vary depending on the project. Great meeting facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal skills are required. Clear, systematic, and timely communication skills are also a must.
